“What I am most interested in at the moment”

What I am most interested in at the moment is intellectual property rights (IPR).IPR, in general, can be divided into five major categories. First, patent rights are powerful incentive which encourages inventors by giving legal protection to inventions. Second, utility model rights resemble patent rights in protecting inventions, however, not protecting advanced inventions but simply them. Third, design rights give legal protection to forms or designs or colors or these. For example, car’s form, clothes’ form, PC’s form and so on. Forth, trademark rights protect trademarks which show business trust. Fifth, copyrights, needless to say, protect movies, songs, books and so forth. I have my thought that IPR will be very important matter. Because, recently, by development of IT, business model patent. I believe that my thought is accurate.

「私が今最も興味を持っているもの」

「現在、最も興味をもっていることは知的財産権法です。
知的財産権は大まかに言えば５つに分類できます。
第一に特許権は発明品に法的保護を与えることによって、発明者にやる気を出させる協力な動機付けです。
第二に実用新案権は特許権に似ていますが、高度な発明ではなく、簡単な発明を保護します。
第三に意匠権は形状やデザインや色やこれらを保護します。例えば、車や服やパソコンの形状などです。
第四に商標権は業務上の信用を表す商標を保護します。
第五に著作権は言うまでもなく、映画や音楽、本などを保護します。
私は知的財産権をとても重要なことだと思っています。
なぜなら、最近、ＩＴや、ビジネスモデル特許の発達によるためです。
自分の考えが正しいと思っています。」

夏休みの課題です。

二つ出されたうちの一つを選ぶもので、もう一つが、
"Write a short essay about your summer vacation"

「あなたの夏休みについて書け」です。

うーん…

この夏休み、勉強しかしてこなかった…

ということで、上の奴にしました。

パラグラフの最初は５文字空けるのが約束事らしいですね。

大体、原文自体正しいのか不安ですが、この英文をとりあえず出します。

そして、添削してもらい再度やり直し再び出す。

まあ勉強というのはこの繰り返しですね。

反復練習でのみ本物が作られるんですよ。
